How these rules work

Playing at Paradise 8 Casino, for fun or for real money, means you accept these rules together with our bonus rules and Privacy Policy. The rules can change from time to time, so it is worth coming back to this page. If a chat or e-mail ever says something different, the written rules decide.

Licence

Paradise 8 Casino is run by an incorporated company that holds its online casino licence from the Government of Curacao, which also regulates it.

Age and where you play

Our casino is for adults only, and you must be 25 or older to play. Local law can set a different age, so check the minimum age where you live and make sure online play is allowed there. We may ask for proof of age at any time.

Account basics

• We allow one account per person, household, IP address, e-mail address or computer. A linked account can be closed and its winnings forfeited.
• Your details must be true and complete. If they turn out to be false, the account can be suspended.
• Keep your account number and password to yourself. Letting someone else use your account breaks these rules.
• After 120 days without signing in or without a single bet, the balance is forfeited. A later request to withdraw it is looked at case by case, and we keep the right to apply this rule.
• Software, bots or other tools that make playing decisions for you are not allowed.

When the rules are broken

Collusion, syndicate play, fraud, chargebacks or threats of a chargeback, bonus abuse and payments in someone else's name all break these rules. In that case we can hold back the balance, close the account and recover winnings, payouts or bonuses that were affected.

Bonus rules in short

• A promotion runs only for the period given in the offer, and bonuses carry wagering unless we tell you otherwise before you claim them.
• Bonus money is removed when you cash out and is never paid out as part of your winnings.
• Free chips need 20x to 60x wagering unless stated otherwise, and winnings from free bonuses are capped at A$50.
• A bonus of 200% or more has a maximum cashout of 10x the deposit.
• Cashback needs 1x wagering and pays out at most 10x the cashback, or 2x when it comes from a tournament, a raffle or a special promotion.
• If you would rather play without a bonus, tell our support team before your first bet.

Deposits

Use only a bank account, card, wallet or other payment method that is in your own name. Crypto deposits count once the coins have arrived and are confirmed on the blockchain at the address given in the cashier. If a deposit is cancelled, reversed or denied by a payment provider, we may hold back bonuses and winnings.

Withdrawals

• Players in Australia can currently cash out through Bitcoin only, to the wallet address entered in the cashier.
• Withdrawals start at A$50. Unless stated otherwise, the limits are A$1,500 per withdrawal and A$10,000 per month.
• Each deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be approved.
• For deposits of A$249 or less, the most you can withdraw from that play session is 10x the deposit.
• Approval can take up to 12 working days after verification, and a transfer fee of A$10 to A$40 set by the payment processor applies.
• Send the requested documents within 30 days of the request, or the withdrawal is cancelled.

Refunds

All deposits are final once they have been played. A refund request has to reach us within 24 hours of the deposit and is possible for a game malfunction with a screenshot, credits you could not play with the balance untouched, or a wrong charge with a statement. Fees are A$55 for a paper check, A$20 for a SEPA wire and A$75 for a SWIFT wire. Crypto deposits under A$25 are credited to your balance as a deposit instead of being refunded.
